6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original content. Content generated through our Service is licensed to you for your use. The XLab platform, including its design, features, and code, remains our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

XLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of followers, account suspension, or any indirect damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time through the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
